Referral Fees are paid only on deals that close(duh but for FTC compliance I felt better syaing it).  Also, on commercial deals we are not bound by RESPA.  RESPA is for consumers.  If you are an accountant, lawyer, Doctor or some sort of licensed money maker its your responsibility to make sure you are in compliance with whatever it is that you need to be in compliance with.  We don't care if you have some sort of written disclosure to your customers/clients/peoples/teamplayers-just make sure  it doesn't make any representations, warranties or binding legalese that involves American Cash Solutions Inc.

If you are an existing  customer, you can refer to us after your deal has closed or been declined/withdrawn.  WE WILL PAY YOU FOR THIS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WE PAY.  We can pay you or your corporation..only after your deal has closed. This easy system-less system is great for those of you that have been BURNED by paying thousands of dollars for some get rich quick scheme!!

Our referral fees are structured in a manner that does not change what we charge our customers.  In other words our referral fees are not large enough so that we have to pass the cost on to the customer.  All fees are reported as a 1099 misc.

You must provide management with a Name, phone number, company name, adress, and general loan amount and loan purpose and that's it.  You are not allowed to voluntarily or accidentally interfere in the loan process.  You are not an employee of our corporation and are not allowed to make any representations to your referral sources regarding the loan or our activities.  If you do this you will be reported to Compliance where they keep a list of whose naughty and nice!

If you plan on sending delas to us we will require you to fill out a w-9, we will need your adress, email, cell phone or land phone and a secret passcode made up by you.

FAQ

Question:so How do I know you will really pay us and not squander the referral money somewhere in an offshore account in the cool Cayman Islands?

Answer:Send us an email of who you are referring to us and we will send a reply confirmation that we have received your email.  I check my spam as well.  If the deal does not close will send you an email letting you know this.  We can not tell you why if  the deal was declined or if the customer withdrew the financing since that is their private info..go and ask them if you are curious. We will tell you that the deal did not close with us but not the reason.  You will get an email for those deals that are closed and funded.  Once we receive our payment we will mail your check in five business days and send you an email informing you of this.

If the mortgage crisis spread to commercial banks, which so far looks unlikely, or if the bank goes belly up and declares bankruptcy and our check from the bank paying us bounces you will not get paid and while this is rare we must disclose that this can happen and its not our fault and any referral fees are subject to the "Reasonable Man/Person Standard" -that any reasonable peson understands that if American Cash Solutions Inc doesn't get paid you don't get paid.

Tip #1: Always get business credit when you don't need it.  Many small business owners wait until its to late.  Waiting until you can't pay your bills usually means your bills are late and have already hurt your credit report.  Our company has a $5,000 credit line with a major computer manufacturer.  We hardly use it but its there for a rainy day.
